Melissa Cooper, MBA

Melissa Cooper combines business expertise, strategic negotiation, and a client-first approach to help buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial clients achieve their real estate goals. With a passion for educating and advocating for her clients, she believes every transaction should be built on honesty, communication, and trust.
Born and raised in Denton, Melissa is proud to serve the community she has always called home. Her background in business and higher education allows her to guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process with confidence and professionalism.
Melissa earned her bachelor's degree from Texas Woman's University and holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University. She is currently completing a second master's degree in Maritime Business Administration & Logistics at Texas A&M University.
When she's not serving clients, Melissa enjoys spending time with family, supporting local organizations, caring for native wildlife, and staying active.

Chris Cooper, MBA

Chris Cooper brings a unique combination of marketing expertise, business leadership, real estate knowledge, and exceptional customer service to every client relationship. His strategic mindset and attention to detail help buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial clients make informed real estate decisions with confidence.
A longtime Denton resident, Chris understands the North Texas market and is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals while providing a personalized experience from start to finish. His professional background includes real estate appraisal, property management, higher education, and marketing, giving clients a well-rounded perspective throughout every transaction.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University and his MBA from Texas Woman's University.
Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys volunteering throughout the Denton community, mentoring students, supporting local organizations, and spending time with his family.

Cade Cooper
Marketing & Operations
Cade Cooper serves as the Marketing & Operations Intern for Cooper Real Estate Group, assisting with behind-the-scenes operations, marketing initiatives, client events, and day-to-day business support.
A Denton native and graduate of Ryan High School, Cade is currently attending Texas A&M University, where he is pursuing his degree while continuing to grow his interest in business, marketing, and real estate. Cade brings strong organizational skills, creativity, and a fresh perspective to the team, helping support social media marketing, branding efforts, event coordination, and client communication.
With deep roots in Denton and a strong work ethic, Cade is gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry while helping Cooper Real Estate Group continue to serve clients and the community at a high level.

Cameron Cooper
Media & Marketing
Cameron Cooper serves as the Media Intern for Cooper Real Estate Group, helping create engaging photo and video content that showcases homes, community events, and the people behind the business.
A student at Ryan High School in Denton, Cameron is actively involved in athletics, media, and orchestra. His background in sports photography, media production, and creative storytelling brings a unique and modern perspective to the team’s marketing efforts. Cameron assists with social media content, video production, photography, and behind-the-scenes coverage of listings and events.
Passionate about creativity and community, Cameron helps Cooper Real Estate Group connect with clients in an authentic and engaging way while gaining valuable real-world experience in media and marketing.

About the Coopers
Meet the Coopers
Chris and Melissa Cooper are proud lifelong Denton residents who have built both their lives and careers in the community they love. Chris grew up on the south side of Denton in the Oakmont neighborhood, while Melissa grew up on the north side in Nottingham Woods/Idiot's Hill—where they now live and are raising their family.
Their sons continue the family's deep Denton roots. Cade is a proud Texas A&M Aggie, and Cameron is a Ryan High School senior who is active in soccer, orchestra, and Raider Media. Supporting their children's passions and giving back to the community has always been an important part of the Cooper family's life.
Education & Experience
Together, Chris and Melissa bring a unique blend of business, education, and real estate experience to every client they serve.
Both hold Master of Business Administration degrees from Texas Woman's University. Chris earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University, while Melissa earned her bachelor's degree from Texas Woman's University and is currently completing a second master's degree in Maritime Business Administration & Logistics at Texas A&M University.
Their combined experience includes residential and commercial real estate, real estate appraisal, property management, business leadership, negotiation, higher education, and client advocacy.

Serving the Denton community extends far beyond real estate.
Melissa has served with the Denton Public School Foundation and the Denton County Appraisal District Board and remains active in the Denton County Aggie Moms organization.
Chris serves on advisory boards for Lambda Chi Alpha at both Texas A&M University and the University of North Texas. He is also Vice President of the Ryan High School Soccer Booster Club and a commissioner for the Denton Soccer Association.
Giving back to the community that has given so much to their family is one of their greatest passions.
Life Outside of Real Estate
When they're not helping clients, you'll often find Chris and Melissa spending time outdoors, caring for native Texas plants, watching birds and butterflies in their backyard, cheering on their sons, or staying active at the gym.
